Eva makes a living through selling small goods to her neighborhood in Bajo Belén. In the low river season she can work from the street level, her shop set up just underneath her house. In high river she must take her shop to the water, loading up her canoe early in the morning.

The unique fishing culture supported by the rich aquatic ecosystem not only feeds families but also stimulates the regional economy.
